Answers, before you ask.
Do I need to sign up to send files?
No. For free transfers, you just verify your email with a 6-digit code, once per session. You only need an account for Pro and to find your transfers again.
How long are files available?
7 days on the free plan, up to 90 with Pro. When they expire, they're deleted for good, automatically.
Do recipients need to sign up?
No. They open the link, see the files and download them one by one or all together in a .zip archive.
Where do my files go?
On servers in Europe. The link is the only way to reach them: they aren't indexed and we don't show them to anyone.
What if my connection drops?
Uploads are split into chunks: if one doesn't arrive, it's resent automatically. You don't have to start over.
How do I cancel Pro?
From your dashboard, at any time. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Can my clients send me files?
Yes, with Pro's “Request files”: you create a link, send it to your client and the files land in your dashboard, with an email alert.
