Send high-resolution photos to your clients
Weddings, events, products: how to send clients high-resolution photos and RAW files, with your logo, image previews and time to choose.
updated on October 28, 2026
A wedding, a corporate event, a product catalog: at the end of the job you have hundreds of full-resolution photos to hand over to the client, sometimes with the RAW files too. That’s gigabytes email won’t take, because attachments usually stop at 20–25 MB. And shrinking the photos to make them fit isn’t an option: your client wants to print them, publish them and archive them.
What a photographer needs to deliver photos
- Original quality. The photos must arrive exactly as you exported them, with no recompression.
- Room for RAW files. Raw files are much heavier than JPGs: a complete shoot quickly goes past the limits of free plans.
- A delivery that speaks for you. Your client opens a page with your logo, not a generic service’s.
- Time to choose. A couple picking photos for their album, or a company getting them approved internally, can take weeks: a 7-day link may expire first.
- Privacy. Wedding photos, or shots of a product that hasn’t launched yet, shouldn’t get passed around.
A delivery page with your brand
With DIGO Express Pro, the download page shows your logo, your color and the background you choose, with photo previews below: the client sees right away what they’re about to download, then takes the images one by one or all together as a .zip archive. If you work on behalf of agencies or other studios, Enterprise lets you use a different brand for each transfer, for example the end client’s.
How to deliver a photo shoot with DIGO Express
On the free plan you can send up to 5 GB without an account, with a link valid for 7 days: enough for a JPG selection. For complete shoots and RAW files there’s Pro, at €6.90 a month including VAT, with 2 TB per transfer and 5 TB of space for active transfers. Here are the steps:
- Set up your brandIn your dashboard, under Download page, set your logo, button color and background once: they apply to all your transfers.
- Upload the shoot foldersDrag the folder with your photos onto digo.express: subfolders are kept, and the upload resumes on its own if your connection drops.
- Choose expiry and protectionWith Pro, keep the link active for up to 90 days and add a password and a download limit if needed, then send by email or just copy the link.
- Your client browses and downloadsThey open the page with your brand, look through the previews and download the photos one by one or all together as a .zip, without signing up. You get an email for every download.
Tips for a professional delivery
- Keep the selection and the RAW files apart. Many clients only want the JPGs: put them in a separate folder, or send them in a separate transfer, so nobody downloads gigabytes they won’t use.
- Give your photos clear names, for example “2027-06-12_ceremony_001.jpg”: they stay in order after downloading too.
- Protect private shoots with a password, sent through a different channel from the link, and a download limit. The files stay on servers in Italy and are deleted automatically when the link expires.
- Keep track of downloads. You get an email when your client downloads, see the statistics in your dashboard and, if they need more time, extend the link.
- Collect material with Request files. Logos for a product shoot, references for a portrait, the selection for the album or the second shooter’s photos: one link, and the files land in your dashboard.
- Use the QR code to hand over the link on a card or together with the prints.
Frequently asked questions
Do the photos lose quality when I send them?
No. The files arrive exactly as you uploaded them, with no recompression or resizing, whether they’re JPG, TIFF, HEIC or RAW.
Can I send RAW files?
Yes, in any format: CR3, NEF, ARW, DNG and the rest. Previews on the download page cover JPG, PNG, WebP and HEIC images; RAW and TIFF files appear in the file list without a preview, ready to download.
How long does my client have to download?
7 days on the free plan. With Pro you can choose up to 90 days and extend the link from your dashboard; if you sent by email, anyone who hasn’t downloaded yet gets a reminder 2 days before it expires.
Can my client send me files?
Yes, with Request files (Pro): you send them a link and they upload references, logos or their selection, without signing up. You get an email for every upload, and the files stay in your dashboard for 30 days.
